Truth bomb - I see the overwhelming amount of 8 week challenges over on Instagram, the ‘secrets’, the promises, and I notice you out there trying to piecemeal a plan together...  but let’s be honest, you wouldn’t be here if you had the answers. You are tired of the yo-yo diet merry go round. You want to reach your health and fitness goals, but more than that you NEED to know how to do it WHILE still having a LIFE.

I think we need to end it when it comes to yo-yo dieting and always jumping from one extreme to the other.


I think we all need to STOP feeling like frauds and imposters, never allowing ourselves to reach our full potential.

I'M SHERIDAN SKYE

I’m a fat loss expert, a nerd when it comes to physiology, and my obsession is teaching others how to achieve their health and fitness goals without it taking over their life.

I'm a wife and a Mama with big dreams. On the day's that I am not coaching you will find me working in the Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse (where are my shift workers at?!).
Most days, you’ll find me in my Lulu Lemon yoga pants, working on the couch with a smile on my face and our dog Nacho in my lap.
